Fattal Hotels has acquired the leasehold of The Dilly, the hotel trading name at the former Piccadilly landmark in central London, located at a prime position between Piccadilly, Regent Street and Air Street for £66.5m. It has operated the Grade II listed building as a hotel since 2022.
The transaction forms part of Fattal Hotel Group’s broader global growth strategy and underscores its continued expansion across key European gateway cities.
